Superfood Granola 400g

You are eligible to return non-perishable orders for a refund. You must submit your return request within 14 days of receipt of your order by emailing info@sugarandchic.co.uk the details or your order and reason for requesting a return.

Should your return request be approved, you must return the order unused, unopened and in the original saleable condition & packaging that you received it in within 14 days.  You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost. (We do not refund any cost you may have been charged to ship the order to you initially.)

Once your return order is received we will inspect the products and packaging. If they are in the original saleable condition we will notify you via email that we have accepted your return and process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

We ship to mainland UK only using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or a similar service if not available) during UK business hours (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays.

The cost of shipping is based on the shipped weight of your order calculated at check out.  Orders over £100 qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

You will receive a tracking email when your parcel is shipped, but if you have any queries please email us on info@sugarandchic.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

When your order arrives please unpack and inspect it as soon as possible. If you think the parcel may have been damaged during transit (e.g. damaged packaging, sound of glass inside) you should record a video of yourself opening the box and inspecting the goods inside.  This will help prove damage in transit by the courier which may help to speed up a return, refund or exchange.
