By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. If you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please contact us using the contact details below.
ORDERING
When you place an order with us, your order is classified as an offer which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders placed through the website to addresses outside of the UK.
AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the products you have ordered are not available in stock, we will contact you by email or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available in stock or to cancel your order.
PRICE
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of order.
The price for your products that you order is payable to us in full at the time you place the order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you have not given us the correct payment details
DELIVERY & RETURN

RISK & OWNERSHIP
Risk of damage to, deterioration or loss of the product passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery when our courier attends the address you have specified for delivery and at the time the courier tries to deliver. You will only own the products once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
Products supplied are strictly not for resale.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel you need to contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery.
Sugar and Chic reserves the right to refuse to accept your order if:

We are unable to deliver to your area;

We have insufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered; or
-
One or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price.
If we do refuse to accept your order we will notify you by email and will re-credit the amount you paid when placing your order to the amount from which you made payment as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
QUALITY CONCERNS
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our products which should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order, please open the parcel and inspect the products as soon as possible. If you are not happy with what you find, please email us on inf@sugarandchic.co.uk including a photograph to show the problem. We will do our best to put it right. If you’d like a replacement order, we can send that out for you or if you would rather just have your money back, we can do that too.
Likewise if the box has been damaged during delivery, please email info@sugarandchic.co.uk as soon as possible including photographs of the damaged delivery. Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods passes to you, as the buyer, on delivery so please contact us as soon as possible. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted unless we’re informed straight away. Nor can we accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:

Incorrect addresses

Unopened parcels

Delayed deliveries due to weather problems.

Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.
CHANGES
We may update our website and these terms and conditions from time to time, and may change the content at any time. We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
